Our solution creates a path of least resistance.

This banner uses a specific High-Flow Mesh weave. Instead of fighting the wind, it allows air to pass directly through the material. This significantly reduces the wind load (the force exerted on the banner), keeping your display steady and legible even on blustery days. Most importantly, it keeps the city engineers happy and ensures you meet the strict safety codes required for over-the-street permits.

A Backbone of Steel

Mesh is great for air, but you need brute strength to hold it up across a 30 or 40-foot street. We don’t rely on simple folded hems here.

We build this banner with a “spine” of steel.

1. Webbing Reinforcement: First, we sew high-strength nylon webbing into the top and bottom hems. This prevents the material from stretching or tearing under tension.

2. Aircraft Cable: This is the game-changer. We insert a Steel Aircraft Cable through the top and bottom hems. When you hoist this banner, the weight isn’t hanging on the fabric; it’s hanging on the steel cable.

Ready to Rig: Hardware Included

We know that the installation crew is often working from bucket trucks, high above the ground. They need equipment that is easy to manipulate and locks securely.

We’ve moved past simple ropes. Your kit includes heavy-duty Snap-Hooks. These connect the steel cable inside your banner directly to the mounting hardware on the poles. It’s a secure, metal-on-metal connection that won’t fray like rope or snap like plastic.
