Maximize Your Real Estate: The “Impossible” Double-Sided Solution
If you are managing a high-end sporting event, a red-carpet gala, or a VIP festival zone, every inch of visual space counts. You spend a fortune on metal crowd control barriers to guide the flow of people. Typically, you cover them with a banner.
But here is the old problem: Standard mesh is one-sided. One side shows your beautiful logo; the other side shows a washed-out, reverse ghost image (and the ugly back of the fence).
We solved this physics problem with our Double-Sided Mesh Barrier.
It allows you to print a perfect, crisp image on the front AND a completely different (or identical) image on the back. No ghosting, no bleed-through. Just premium branding from every angle.
Why Is This Called “The Impossible Mesh”?
If you take a piece of standard mesh and try to print on both sides, the ink sprays through the holes, ruining the image on the other side. It creates a mess.
We use a sophisticated, multi-layer technology to bypass this:
Layer 1: Printable Mesh Surface (Front).
Layer 2 (The Secret): A specialized Blockout Liner in the middle. This opaque layer stops light and ink from passing through, but it is engineered to be porous enough to let air seep through.
Layer 3: Printable Mesh Surface (Back).
The result is a banner that looks like a solid wall of color but behaves like a wind-permeable fabric.
Two Audiences, Two Messages
The biggest advantage of this product is the ability to speak to two different groups of people at the exact same time using the same physical space.
Think about a marathon or a cycling race:
The Athlete’s View (Inside): You can print directional arrows, “Keep Going!” motivational quotes, or specific track sponsors.
The Spectator’s View (Outside): You can print branding for the main title sponsor, TV-friendly logos, or “Do Not Cross” safety warnings.
You are effectively doubling your advertising inventory without buying more fences.
Safer Than Solid Vinyl
You might ask, “If I want double-sided printing, why not just use heavy vinyl?”
The answer is Wind Load.
Crowd control barriers are essentially freestanding metal feet. If you cover them with solid vinyl, a moderate gust of wind will knock the entire fence line over like dominoes. That is a huge safety risk.
While Double-Sided Mesh restricts more air than our standard open mesh, it is still significantly more aerodynamic than solid vinyl. The micro-punctures in the material allow air pressure to equalize, keeping your barriers upright and your event safe.
Technical & Application Specs
This is a premium product for premium applications. Here is the breakdown:
| Feature | Specification | The Benefit |
| Visual Opacity | 100% Blockout | Zero “ghosting.” Images on both sides are crisp and distinct. |
| Wind Resistance | Micro-Vented | Reduces wind load compared to solid vinyl banners. |
| Durability | Heavy-Duty Construction | Built to withstand the wear and tear of crowded events. |
| Versatility | Dual Graphics | Print the same image or two different images on front/back. |
| Best Use | Barricade Jackets | Ideal for “Slip-Over” covers for metal crowd barriers. |
The Ultimate Professional Look
When the TV cameras are rolling or VIP guests are arriving, you can’t afford a setup that looks “unfinished” from the back. The Double-Sided Mesh Barrier ensures that no matter where someone stands—inside the track or outside the fence—they see perfection.
Stop wasting the back of your banner. Put it to work.
