Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
At SignMarketUS, we understand that in the events and construction industry, a deadline is not a suggestion—it is a requirement. We are committed to getting your custom prints produced and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in Nazareth, Pennsylvania.
2. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that “Shipping Time” is different from “Production Time.”
Production Time
The time it takes us to print, cut, finish, and pack your order after proof approval.
(Standard: 1–3 business days).
Shipping Time
The time it takes for the carrier (UPS / FedEx) to deliver the package to your door.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Example:
If you select “2-Day Air” shipping, your order will arrive 2 days after it leaves our warehouse, not 2 days after you place the order.
3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We primarily use UPS and FedEx for standard parcels.
Ground Shipping: 1–5 business days (depending on your distance from PA).
Expedited Shipping: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select options are available at checkout for urgent deadlines.
Freight (LTL): For extremely large items (such as rigid signs over 8ft or bulk trade show booth orders), we may ship via a Freight Carrier on a pallet. In these cases, we will contact you to coordinate delivery.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
The weight and dimensions of your items
The destination zip code
The shipping speed selected
Note:
Some oversized items (like rigid 4×8 signs or long pole banner kits) may incur “Oversize” surcharges imposed by carriers.
5. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed and proofs approved before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
6. Local Pickup
Local to the Lehigh Valley area? You can skip the shipping fees!
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.
8. Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your custom prints to withstand transit. However, accidents can happen.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives crushed, wet, or open:
Take photos of the box and the product immediately
Do not discard the packaging
Contact us at aziz@signmarketus.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and start a reprint
Lost Packages
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package:
Check around your property and with neighbors
If it is still missing, contact us within 3 days
9. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We cannot ship large format items (banners, stands, signs) to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
International: Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.
