1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SignMarketUS.com. By accessing this website, uploading files, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Sign Market LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• Offensive Content: We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem offensive, hate speech, or pornographic.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they enter the production phase. Once an order status is “In Production,” materials have been cut and ink has been used; therefore, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

3. Customer Submitted Artwork & Files

You are solely responsible for the content, quality, and resolution of the files you upload.

• Resolution: We recommend a minimum of 150 DPI at full print size. Sign Market LLC is not responsible for pixelation or blurriness resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

• Typos & Errors: We do not proofread your documents. We are not responsible for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, or incorrect dates contained in your design file. Please double-check your files before uploading.

• Copyright: By uploading artwork, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce these images. You agree to indemnify and hold Sign Market LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from copyright infringement allegations regarding your submitted files.

4. Color Accuracy & Matching

We use industry-standard CMYK large-format digital printers.

• Screen vs. Print: Colors on your computer monitor (RGB) look different than printed ink (CMYK). We cannot guarantee that the printed color will match exactly what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration.

• Pantone Matching: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% Pantone (PMS) color matching on standard digital prints. If precise color matching is critical for your brand, please contact us to request a hard proof before full production.

5. Production Turnaround & Shipping

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Production Start: Turnaround time begins only after we have received your print-ready files and payment.

• Shipping Delays: Once your package is handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), Sign Market LLC is no longer responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or carrier errors. We do not refund shipping costs for delays caused by the carrier.

• Damages: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can file a claim and process a replacement.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or because the customer ordered the wrong size.

• Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size produced, material tear, hardware failure), we will replace the item free of charge. You must report the defect within 5 business days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sign Market LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
