Do you check my files before printing?
Yes, absolutely. We are not a “print-and-pray” automatic factory.
Every single file uploaded to our site is reviewed by a human pre-press specialist.
What we check:
We look for low resolution, incorrect dimensions, and potential cut-off issues.
What happens if there is an issue:
We will pause your order and contact you immediately via email to request a better file.
We will never print a blurry or distorted image without your permission.
What is the difference between “Vector” and “Raster” files?
This is the secret to a sharp print!
Vector (Preferred):
Files like PDF, EPS, or AI. These are made of math lines, not pixels.
You can scale them to the size of a building, and they will remain perfectly crisp.
Raster (Acceptable):
Files like JPG, PNG, or TIFF. These are made of pixels.
If you zoom in too much, they become blocky.
Our Advice:
For logos and text, always try to use Vector.
For photographs, use high-resolution Raster (minimum 150 DPI at full size).
Do you offer Color Matching (Pantone/PMS)?
We print using industry-standard CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) digital large-format printers.
While we achieve vibrant, accurate colors, “perfect” matching to a specific Pantone (PMS) code can be tricky with digital printing.
If color is critical:
Please mention your specific Pantone codes in the order notes.
We will do our best to match it as closely as possible within the CMYK gamut.
What is “Bleed” and do I need it?
“Bleed” is simply extra background image that extends beyond the edge of your final print size.
We need this margin so that when we cut your banner or fabric, we don’t accidentally leave a thin white line on the edge.
Requirement:
Please include 0.125″ to 0.5″ of bleed on all sides of your design files.
🚚 Shipping, Turnaround & Production
What is the difference between “Production Time” and “Shipping Time”?
This is important for meeting your deadline!
Production Time:
The time it takes us to print, cut, sew, and pack your order after you approve the proof.
(Usually 1–3 business days).
Shipping Time:
The time it takes for UPS or FedEx to drive the package from our facility in Pennsylvania to your door.
Total Wait Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Where do you ship from?
We are proudly based in the USA.
All orders are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in Nazareth, PA.
This allows us to reach:
East Coast customers in 1–2 days
West Coast customers in 4–5 days via Ground shipping
Can I rush my order?
Yes!
We know the event industry runs on tight deadlines.
If you have a strict “in-hands” date, please contact us before placing your order.
We can often expedite production to Same Day or Next Day for a small fee, and upgrade shipping to Overnight or 2-Day Air.
Do you offer Local Pickup?
Yes!
If you are located near the Lehigh Valley area, you can save on shipping costs.

🛠️ Product Questions & Care
I received my vinyl banner and it has wrinkles. Is it ruined?
Not at all!
Vinyl is a flexible material, and when it is folded for shipping, it can develop temporary creases.
The Fix:
Unfold the banner and hang it up in the sun or a warm room.
The heat will naturally relax the vinyl, and gravity will pull the wrinkles out within a few hours.
Never iron a vinyl banner!
Can I wash my Fabric Trade Show Display?
Yes!
One of the biggest advantages of our Dye-Sublimation Tension Fabric is that it is machine washable.
Cleaning:
Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
Drying:
Tumble dry on Low Heat or air dry.
Wrinkles:
You can use a hand steamer to remove any wrinkles from the fabric once it is on the frame.
What is the difference between Standard Vinyl and Mesh Vinyl?
13oz Standard Vinyl:
A solid material. Great for vivid colors and maximum visibility.
Best for buildings, walls, and indoor use.
Mesh Vinyl:
Perforated with thousands of tiny holes (like a screen door).
This allows wind to pass through the banner rather than pushing against it.
Highly recommended for fence banners or high-wind outdoor locations to prevent tearing.
↩️ Returns, Damages & Policies
What is your Return Policy?
Because everything we sell is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons like:
“I changed my mind”
“I ordered the wrong size”
We cannot resell a banner that has your company logo on it.
However, we stand behind our quality 100%.
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during shipping
Has a manufacturing defect (sewing issue, hardware failure)
Printed incorrectly due to our error
We will reprint and ship a replacement immediately at absolutely no cost to you.
How do I report a damaged item?
We pack our items securely, but sometimes shipping carriers can be rough.
If your box arrives crushed or open:
Take Photos:
Photograph the box before you open it, and photograph the damage to the product inside.
Email Us:
Send the photos and your order number to
aziz@signmarketus.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Relax:
We will handle the claim with the carrier and get your replacement moving.
