Our Standoff Hardware Kit is the secret weapon of interior designers. Instead of mounting the sign flat against the wall, these metal barrels hold the panel 1 inch away from the surface.
This creates a “Floating Effect.”
The gap between the sign and the wall creates natural shadows behind the panel, adding depth and a 3D quality that instantly makes even a simple sign look expensive and architectural.
How Do They Work? (The “Sandwich” Method)
You don’t need to be a contractor to install these. It’s a simple 3-step system:
The Barrel: This mounts to your wall (using the included screws and anchors).
The Sign: You place your sign over the barrel.
The Cap: You hand-tighten the decorative cap through the sign and into the barrel.
The result is a clean, modern look with no visible screw heads—just a sleek, finished metal cap.

Critical Requirement: Drilled Holes
Please Note: To use standoffs, your sign must have holes drilled in the corners.
If you are buying a rigid sign from us, simply select “Drill Holes” in the finishing options, and we will pre-drill them to the perfect diameter to fit these caps.
